In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "ev77", "we", "us", "our" refers to the ev77 platform and its operators, accessible at ev77.onl.
• "Platform" means the ev77 website, mobile-optimised site, and all associated services, products, and features available at ev77.onl.
• "User", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the ev77 Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account created on ev77 by providing personal details and completing the registration process.
• "Balance" means the total amount of real-money funds held in your ev77 account at any given time, expressed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "Bonus Balance" means funds credited to your account as a bonus, promotional reward, or free bet, which are subject to separate wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means a real-money stake placed on any sporting event, casino game, or other event available on the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total amount a player must wager before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process ev77 conducts to comply with its obligations and protect players.
• "Prohibited Conduct" means any action defined in Section 9 of these Terms as being strictly forbidden on the ev77 Platform.
• "Force Majeure" means any event beyond ev77's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, cyberattacks, government actions, or telecommunications failures.

Access to and use of the ev77 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform. ev77 enforces a strict 21+ policy with no exceptions.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, automated systems, bots, and non-human actors may not register or use the Platform.
• You must register only one Account. Operating multiple accounts, whether under the same name or different identities, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration and keep that information current at all times.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register that ev77 recognises, nor have been previously banned or suspended from the Platform.
• You confirm that you are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party.
• You acknowledge that it is your sole responsibility to determine whether use of the ev77 Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. ev77 does not guarantee legality in any specific jurisdiction and makes no representations in this regard.

To access real-money betting and gaming features on ev77, you must register a personal account. The following conditions apply to account registration and ongoing account management:

• You must complete the registration form in full, providing your legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number.
• All information provided must be accurate and consistent with your official government-issued identity documents.
• ev77 will verify your identity as part of the KYC process. You may be required to submit documents including a National Identity Card (NID), passport, driving licence, or mobile financial service account details registered in your name.
• ev77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time where KYC verification cannot be completed to ev77's satisfaction.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your Account. Keep your username and password strictly confidential. Do not share your login credentials with any other person.
• ev77 will never request your password through any channel, including email, live chat, or telephone. Any communication asking for your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to ev77 support immediately.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify ev77 immediately via the support channel within your Account. ev77 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the User has failed to take reasonable security precautions.

ev77 accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. ev77 does not impose a maximum deposit ceiling, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits.
• ev77 does not charge fees on deposits. Any fees charged by the payment provider on their side are the responsibility of the User and are outside ev77's control.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to another person — are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and reversal of the deposit.
• Deposits are credited to your ev77 Balance upon confirmation from the payment provider. Mobile financial service deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited within seconds.
• ev77 reserves the right to conduct additional checks on deposits that are flagged as suspicious, which may result in a temporary hold on the deposited funds pending verification.
• ev77 does not accept deposits made with funds obtained through illegal means. By depositing, you confirm that the funds are yours and have been obtained lawfully.
• ev77 does not accept cryptocurrency as a payment method at this time.

Withdrawal of real-money funds from your ev77 Balance is subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit to the account. ev77 reserves the right to require withdrawal via the same method and account used for deposits as part of its anti-money-laundering obligations.
• KYC verification must be complete before any withdrawal is processed. Accounts with pending KYC requirements will have withdrawal requests placed on hold until verification is finalised.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived solely from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied. See Section 7 for full bonus terms.
• Withdrawal processing time is typically within 24 hours for verified accounts using mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket). Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days.
• ev77 reserves the right to impose a maximum withdrawal limit per day or per week, which will be communicated to players within the account settings area.
• ev77 may withhold a withdrawal pending investigation if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, bonus abuse, or money laundering. ev77 will notify the User of any such hold where it is lawful to do so.

The following rules apply to all bets and wagers placed on the ev77 sportsbook and casino:

• All bets are accepted at ev77's discretion. ev77 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at any time, including after acceptance, if there are reasonable grounds to do so.
• Once a bet is confirmed on the Platform, it is binding and cannot be cancelled by the User, except where ev77 explicitly offers a cash-out or bet cancellation feature for that specific event.
• Odds displayed on the Platform are subject to change at any time up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds at the time of confirmation are the binding odds for that bet.
• In the event of a manifest error — including, but not limited to, incorrectly posted odds, results, or event details — ev77 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players. Winnings resulting from manifest errors will not be paid.
• ev77 offers in-play (live) betting on eligible events. In-play bets are subject to a brief acceptance delay. ev77 is not liable for service interruptions that prevent in-play bet placement during live events.
• Minimum bet stake is ৳10 per selection. Maximum bet stake varies by market and event and is displayed at the time of bet placement.
• Casino game rules are governed by the respective game's in-game rules as provided by the game studio. In the event of a conflict between in-game rules and these Terms, these Terms prevail.
• ev77 is not responsible for losses arising from a User's own betting decisions. Users bet entirely at their own risk.

ev77 offers promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual offer:

• Each promotional offer has a stated wagering requirement, minimum odds condition, eligible games or markets, expiry date, and maximum bonus amount. These specific terms are published on the promotions page at the time the offer is live.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per person, per household, per device, and per shared IP address. ev77 uses technical and manual checks to detect and prevent multiple bonus claims.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate Bonus Balance within your account. Bonus funds must meet the stated wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them can be transferred to your real-money Balance and withdrawn.
• Where a minimum odds requirement applies (e.g., "bets must be placed at odds of 1.80 or greater"), bets placed at lower odds will not count towards the wagering requirement.
• If a player withdraws their real-money Balance before completing a wagering requirement, the Bonus Balance and any associated winnings will be forfeited automatically.
• ev77 reserves the right to amend, cancel, or reclaim any bonus at any time if there are reasonable grounds to believe the bonus has been claimed in bad faith, through a technical error, or in breach of these Terms.
• Promotional offers are not transferable between accounts and have no cash value outside their stated purpose.

ev77 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and protecting vulnerable players. ev77 operates a range of player protection tools accessible directly from within your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately. A limit increase is subject to a 7-day cooling-off period before it becomes active.
• Session Time Limits: You may set a maximum session duration, after which you will be automatically logged out of the Platform.
• Loss Limits: You may set a maximum loss threshold over a defined period. Once reached, no further real-money wagering will be permitted until the period resets or a new limit is set in accordance with the cooling-off rules above.
• Cooling-Off Period: You may request a temporary suspension of your account for a period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, you cannot log in or place bets. The cooling-off period cannot be shortened once activated.
• Self-Exclusion: You may request permanent self-exclusion from the ev77 Platform. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours and is permanent. ev77 will not accept any request to reinstate a self-excluded account.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ev77 Platform. ev77 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaging in any of the following activities, and to forfeit any balances associated with such accounts:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own identity or any other identity, real or fictitious.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point during your use of the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform in any automated manner.
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or software malfunctions in the Platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings resulting from such exploitation will be void and subject to confiscation.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or collusion with other players or third parties in relation to any event or game on the Platform.
• Using the Platform to launder money or process proceeds of crime. ev77 reports suspicious financial activity in accordance with its obligations and cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim welcome offers more than once, hedging bonus bets across accounts, or placing low-risk or arbitrage bets solely to complete wagering requirements.
• Conducting any activity that interferes with the normal operation of the Platform, including denial-of-service attacks, unauthorized access attempts, or reverse engineering of any Platform component.
• Allowing a third party to access or use your account, or accessing or using another person's account.

All content on the ev77 Platform — including but not limited to the ev77 name, logo, design, layout, text, graphics, software, data feeds, odds compilations, and game content — is the property of ev77 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the ev77 Platform without prior written consent from ev77.
• Game content (including slots, live casino games, and crash games) is owned by the respective game studio providers — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Ezugi — and is licensed to ev77 for display on the Platform. Their intellectual property rights are reserved.
• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to scrape, republish, or commercially exploit Platform content.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ev77 excludes all liability for:

ev77's total aggregate liability to any User under these Terms, for any cause whatsoever, is limited to the amount of funds held in that User's ev77 account at the time the claim arises. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by ev77's gross negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ev77 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for purpose, accuracy, reliability, or uninterrupted availability.

Either the User or ev77 may terminate an Account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• A User wishing to close their account voluntarily should contact the ev77 support team via the live chat channel within their account. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance (excluding unmet Bonus Balance) will be returned via the User's registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements.
• ev77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice where there are reasonable grounds to believe the account has been used in breach of these Terms, including but not limited to Prohibited Conduct as defined in Section 9.
• Where an account is closed by ev77 due to a breach of these Terms, any Balance — including both real-money and Bonus Balance — may be forfeited at ev77's discretion, depending on the nature and severity of the breach.
• Accounts that have been inactive (no login or wagering activity) for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. ev77 will notify the User by email prior to taking any action on a dormant account.
• ev77 reserves the right to impose restrictions on an Account — such as reduced deposit limits or withdrawal holds — pending investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, without this constituting a formal account suspension.

ev77 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

• ev77 uses 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the Platform.
• ev77 does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with unaffiliated third parties for their marketing purposes.
• ev77 may share data with payment processors, KYC verification partners, and fraud prevention services as necessary for the provision of the Platform's services.

ev77's decision on any dispute involving the outcome of a bet or game is final, unless a manifest error is demonstrated by the User. All disputes must be raised within 30 calendar days of the event giving rise to the complaint. ev77 will not consider complaints submitted after this period.

Entire Agreement: These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and any specific promotional terms published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and ev77 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.

Amendments: ev77 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be effective upon publication on this page. ev77 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Users of material changes via email or an in-account notification. Continued use of the Platform after the amended Terms are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

Waiver: ev77's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms on any occasion does not constitute a waiver of its right to enforce that provision on any future occasion.

Language: These Terms are written and published in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
